The Cocoonr/Book&Agency propose to you to the rent, in Villarembert, this charming spacious and cordial apartment, sight vis-a-vis with the tracks, with accessible ski station with foot, of a surface of 46 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 17 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 17 m² with a sofa bed (2 persons), TV - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Room 1 : a double bed with a large dressing room - Bedroom 2 : two single beds and a bunk bed - A bathroom with bathtub - A separate toilet For more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Two balconies: a very large one facing the slopes about 8 m² exposed south / west, another one on the 2nd bedroom of 3.5 m2 exposed north. Other remarks : - The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.

The apartment is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. Very family and friendly resort: Le Corbier is part of the big ski area Les Sybelles (310 km of slopes) linking 6 resorts. All the shops are close by and very easy to access through a large covered shopping mall going from the bottom to the top of the resort. Activities : - You will have many activities: alpine skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flight, sledding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing... - Other ski areas: La Toussuire: Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible thanks to the different ski lifts, from Le Corbier. - Numerous ESF activities, welcome drink with music, HARIBO sled race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent. - The resort has been labeled "Family Plus" since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages. - Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the summits on horseback, fishing, canyoning, outdoor swimming pool in the resort heated in winter and also open in summer... Transportation : - You can park for free near the apartment. - Bus : free bus in winter which serves the whole resort and free tourist train in summer. - Nearest train station : Saint Jean de Maurienne located at 12 km (25min by car). - Nearest airport : Lyon-Saint Exupéry located at 175 km (2h05).
